Returns & Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days after receiving your parcel.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Size Exchange

• We'll gladly help with a size exchange (subject to stock availability).
• We'll cover the return shipping cost.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item, wrong size, wrong colour, or a defective item due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your parcel.

We'll arrange the exchange at no extra cost.

SOLCHILL will cover:

• Return shipping fee
• Replacement shipping fee

Please provide your order number together with clear photos of the item for verification.

Items Not Eligible

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Worn, washed, or altered items.
• Items without original tags.
• Damage caused by improper use or washing.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Returns requested after 7 days.
